Danielle Lee
Program Manager
Danielle joined the After-School All-Stars team in February 2025 as a Program Manager. With a strong passion for serving underserved communities, Danielle’s dedication to making a positive impact was inspired by her upbringing in one of the most economically disadvantaged neighborhoods in Cincinnati. Raised by her grandmother, who worked tirelessly as a nurse aide while raising Danielle and her siblings, Danielle’s greatest motivation comes from her grandmother’s unwavering strength and commitment to helping others. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Wright State University and brings over 8 years of experience in the non-profit sector. After relocating to Las Vegas three years ago, Danielle has continued to focus on youth development and community engagement.
Danielle was drawn to After-School All-Stars due to its mission to provide free, safe, and high-quality afterschool programming. She is inspired by the organization’s commitment to empowering youth and creating opportunities for them to succeed. Danielle’s professional journey began as a Mentor Service Coordinator through the AmeriCorps program at the Boys & Girls Club of Dayton, where she was responsible for managing afterschool program logistics and ensuring seamless operations. Throughout her career, she has specialized in program development, community engagement, and building strong partnerships to enhance the services provided to youth and their families.
Outside of work, Danielle enjoys staying active through fitness, attending live music events, and exploring the dynamic culture of Las Vegas.
