Estifania Parica

Program Manager

Estifania (Estie) began working as a Program Manager for After School All Stars in 2022. She was born and raised in Las Vegas and attended Arbor View High School before moving up north to attend the University of Nevada, Reno. While pursuing a dual degree in International Relations and Economics, she had the opportunity to travel to India to teach and develop the program at school for a vulnerable community in New Delhi. This experience ignited a passion for education, particularly for at- risk youth and began looking for opportunities 

 Shortly after graduating, Estie moved to LA to teach Math and Science at a special needs high school. She worked with a team of social workers, counsellors, therapists, and behaviorists to provide a holistic education and setting for her students. During her last year at the school, she took on the role of Curriculum Director and worked with the Director of Education to gain accreditation for their school through the California Department of Education and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. 

Estie moved back to Las Vegas in 2022 to be closer to family. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, hanging out with her dog, doing DIY projects around the house, and exploring new places.
